Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before working with us.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern the working relationship between Joana Alfonso / Conversion Rocks ("we," "us," or "our") and any client ("you") who engages our services. By booking a consultation, making a payment, or proceeding with any project, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

01. Scope of Work & Deliverables

We provide professional funnel and website design, build, and integration services. The specific scope and deliverables are determined by the package you select, as outlined in your signed project proposal.

  • Package-Based Deliverables: Each package includes a defined set of services and deliverables. Your agreed-upon scope is clearly specified in your project agreement based on your chosen package.
  • Out of Scope Requests: Any requests beyond your package's defined deliverables (such as additional pages, extra integrations, new copywriting, custom features, or extended revisions) will be considered "out of scope."
  • Additional Work: Out of scope requests will be quoted separately as "Project Add-ons" and must be approved and paid for before work on those elements begins.

02. Investment & Payment Options

To ensure dedicated resource allocation, we offer two payment options. Work will commence only once the initial payment has been cleared.

  • Option A — Full Payment (Accelerated Start): 100% investment upfront. Clients who choose full payment receive priority scheduling and a streamlined handover process. All project assets are ready for immediate transfer upon completion.
  • Option B — Standard Split Payment (50/50): 50% non-refundable deposit due immediately to secure your spot and initiate the strategy phase. Remaining 50% due before Phase 3 (Project Turnover). No handover will occur until full payment is received.

General Payment Terms:

  • No Partial Handover: No funnel assets, login credentials, or live migrations will be performed until the total project balance is paid in full.
  • Non-Refundability: All payments made are non-refundable once work has officially commenced.
  • Payment Methods: All transactions are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or Wise. We do not store credit card information.

03. Client Collaboration & Timeline

To ensure timely project delivery, you agree to provide all required materials (brand guidelines, written copy, images, platform credentials, etc.) promptly upon project kickoff.

  • Delayed Materials: If required assets are not submitted within 7 business days of our request, the project will be placed on hold. A reactivation fee may apply to resume work.
  • Unresponsive Client: If we receive no communication from you for 14 consecutive days after multiple follow-up attempts, the project will be considered abandoned. All payments made are forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

04. Revisions & Approval

We are committed to excellence. Your project includes two (2) specific rounds of revisions:

  • Round 1 — Major Revision: Focuses on the "Big Picture" — adjustments to layout, structural flow, and overall design aesthetic.
  • Round 2 — Minor Revision: Focuses on "Fine-Tuning" — small text edits, typos, button color tweaks, or minor image swaps.

Terms of Revision:

  • Revisions must be requested within 48 hours of receiving a draft.
  • Any request for a major structural change after Round 1 has been approved will be treated as additional work and billed separately.
  • Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at $500+ per round.

05. Platform Fees & Third-Party Tools

The client is responsible for all third-party subscription costs (e.g., GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Systeme.io). We are not responsible for service interruptions or technical issues caused by these platforms.

06. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Rights

Upon final payment, full ownership of the funnel assets is transferred to you. We reserve the right to display the completed work in our portfolio or on social media for marketing purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is requested beforehand.

07. Confidentiality & Liability

  • Confidentiality: We agree to keep all sensitive business, marketing, or customer information exchanged during the project private and confidential.
  • Limitation of Liability: Conversion Rocks shall not be liable for any lost profits or technical issues arising after the handover. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.

08. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days' written notice.

  • If work has already commenced, no refund will be issued. The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
  • The initial deposit remains non-refundable under all circumstances.

09. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

10. Changes to Terms

Conversion Rocks reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to the client promptly.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with payment or signing a project agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
